The play “Walking the Tightrope” will premiere this Saturday (09.09.17) in Odense, Denmark.
During the last months, I’ve been composing for this new play at Nørregaards Teater.
For the first time in many years I’ve been working with a mix of the music in quadraphonic, wich means that the audience will be surrounded by music and sounds in Carsten wittrock‘s wonderful, circular set-design.
To actually do the mix – I had to place myself – and my equipment – in the middle of the stage and point all sounds to their right spots.
I stayed there for two days:)
I am relieved and happy about the result, and looking forward to show this great piece – by English writer Mike Kenny – to the audience.
